I recently purchased this unit. So far, it works fine, but I have only done a few t-shirts. There are no proper usage instructions (just a few photos of the unit with nothing explaining what the photos mean), so I had to spend several hours figuring out how to program the timer and temperature controls, and where the heat platen plugged into the control unit. I still don't know how to change accessories - no instructions on that either.

Do not buy! I was hoping the bad reviews were wrong but they are not. I have not even gotten to use my press. As soon as I plugged it in for the first time the machine started sparking even though it was off. I switched it to a different outlet and it started heating up, and then sparked and shut off. It is completely useless and I can not even use it.

Instructions are not good. No good videos for this particular machine. Very disappointed.

Because the product works for a wile, but soon it started to present some problems.I like it because is very helpful, is versatile and let you and allows you to work with different types of products, but broken very soon.I recommend it for people who are starting out in this industry.

I have only had the machine for a couple weeks, but so far I am pleased with the unit. Directions for the use of the machine could be more detailed, had to figure out how to use the attachments but other than that so far it's good. Fast shipping!

Its a great machine to do it all and small.But its unfortunate that for 500 dollars you only get 3 photocopies as instructions.It should have more specific directions and also advicing what paper, ink to use and the time for every object and heat . For the price we shouldnt have to google and ask around for everything. so its a bit incomplete and frustrating if you are new to this.Overall machine is great... then again its a big iron! works good !
