The machine is well put together but no instructions how to work. I couldn't find no instructions online and the telephone number is not a good number. I paid a lot of money for this machine and can't find any help. I'm a new user on this machine I don't no what temp to put on for each item. I need help with this.

I have read ALOT of negative reviews on this press but decided to take a chance on it. I am glad that I did. I have had the press for 4 months and use it almost daily. It definately has some quirks to it. The upper and lower flat platen dont exactly line up straight but if you manually guide it (carefully cuz its hot) it's not a problem at all. I have not yet used the plate platens but I did test them when I recieved the machine and they seem to work just fine, the same goes for the mug platen. The cap press attachment works and I use it quite often to put custom labels on shirts. I dont think you can get a better multi function press for a better price (i've looked). I would recomend this to anyone in the market for a press with multiple capabilities. I rated it 4 out of 5 bec it could definately be made sturdier but like I said it works great and as long as your not miss treating it and banging it arround you'll be fine.

This unit is very low quality. The arm is not well braced to the base plate, so when you lock it down, the arm flexes backwards, which reduces the pressure on the plates. Since temperature and pressure are the 2 most important aspects of a heat press, this unit fails to meet the requirements.The bottom plate spins and jiggles too much, and is very difficult to keep lined up square. The top plate swing arm stop bar prevents the heat pad from moving all the way into position. Combined with the rotating bottom plate, it is nearly impossible to get a square top-to-bottom connection.The manual timer is useless. Not only is it not automatic, but you have to start AND STOP it. It won't even stop itself like many other models. So you basically have to stand there with 2 hands on the unit the entire time you're using it.For $440 this unit is very poor. I will be returning it. It should be less than $200 for the feature set and quality.

The flat surface is not quite big enough for alot of the heat press transfers. Check your transfer size prior to buying.

It came with no good instructions on how to use it. Guess I gotta figure it out on my own.

this heat press its great no complains but the plate for the t-shirts its to small but the press itself its great!

I have used this about once a week for months now and it works great every time. The instructions that come with it are not great but it is simple to use. The instructions do tell what buttons do what and I feel that is all that is needed. The rest is fairly self explanatory and you set the time and pressure to what HDTV you are using. It did have a slight smell right out of the box but was gone buy the next day.

This product doesn't work. I bought it then had it replaced and it still doesn't work and when i call the number they provided noone answer
