Great flavour. Wonderful product to have in store cupboard, comes in handy if you can't get to the shops for fresh veg or if children are fussy. I wasn't quite sure how to eat these to start off with (I know it sounds strange!) as these are unlike crisps - a few big bits but mostly powder crumbs. So I got inventive and blended it with breadcrumbs and sprinkled it on top of a pasta bake then sprinkled a a little cheese over the top of this - it was delicious. You can blend or use a pestle and mortar or rolling pin to crush into anything savoury - with cheese to make scones or muffins, mix into a bread mix of make rolls, into quiches or pastries in soups or sprinkled on top, or just simply sprinkle on top of salads or jacket potatoes or mix into cream cheese. The list is endless. One way to make sure you get your one of your five a day - it's just freeze dried broccili! Very healthy! A must for everyone's store cupboard. I hope this item will always be available so I can keep reordering.

I hate this product. It’s truly awful. The other day I bought another brand of freeze dried broccoli which was delicious from a natural foods shop. Came home and ordered this brand as one I had bought wasn’t offered on Amazon. What a terrible waste of good money. They won’t take the unopened packs back so I’m pretty upset. £20 thrown down the drain!!!

Absolute waste of money. I've used other brands but these taste like a bunch of dry grass. Now I have a whole box gathering the dust around the house.

These are a great snack. Crunchy and very tasty.

NIce flavour and texture

These small packets of dried broccoli are excellent. I enjoy them as a snack but have also found ways of using them in cooking. Added to soups or stews they give an extra boost. I have also used them in smoothies. I don’t know about your experience but I often find that fresh broccoli is difficult to prepare and make interesting. These little packets of dried broccoli can be added at the last moment and really taste great. Great value for money as a snack food, too.

I put it in a stew. It tasted fresh and didn't dissolve. I rehydrated it first. Other items from this firm I have not rehydrated in a stew just added extra fluid to the stock and on slow cooking the were fine
