I grew up watching YU-GI-OH! and loved it to pieces. My brothers and I had taken a break from it, but when we bought the first season we loved it even more.The Egyptian God cards are truely the ultimate cards, but THIS card-- the Winged Dragon of Ra-- is hands down the mac- daddy of them all. Yes, it is true that he is not as dragonic and graceful as Slifer the Sky Dragon, or as amazingly terrifying as Obelisk the Tormentor, but in my young mind, that didn't matter.My two favorite creatures ever have been dragons and the Phoenix.And Kazuki Takahashi put two in one and made my heart sing. Not only is the Winged Dragon beautiful, but so is his card. I love the shiny Egyptian bronze- brown that all three cards are colored in now. They really look uncanny and ancient-- something out of real Egyptian mythology.When I showed my brother, in a duel, that I owned the Winged Dragon of Ra, I played the Unreleased Egyptian God music from the Classic show. It was also storming outside that evening.Perfection.I have yet to be defeated with this card; even against Obelisk.I strongly recommend that you collect this card and his brothers and make sure to place it back carefully for protection and long lasting results. Please remember that Ra does indeed gain initial power from the added Atk and Def. Points of the tributed monsters. It is true. Konami changed things around because face it: Ra is just too darn powerful. And since God cards are illegal dueling tournament cards, the original rules still apply and do not overly matter. Same goes for Spell-binding Circle and the Seal of Orichalcos. It really is true. Takahashi said so. I got this a day early from the lowest delivery estimate. This card is so beautiful in person, I cannot believe I actually own it now.The invoice says it is "near mint" which to me is because it is double protected. (someone had to touch it once to put it in a sleeve or something.) It looks flawless in my eyes, it almost hurts not being able to touch the actual card!The card is in a very thin and cheat sleeve and they put that into a very heavy duty Ultra Pro sleeve. They even tapped the top flap down for extra safety. It actually came in a standard envelope which I was surprised. In the end the card is behoynd what I ever thought it would be, they seller did an amazing job and I would definitely highly recommend them!Thanks guys!!

I ordered this card about a week ago and I got it right on time. It came in a standard mailing envelope, and was in perfect condition. But there was more! He even added a couple more cards as freebies! I was not expecting that at all. It's not my favorite of all the god cards, but the wife loves it. She got the Sphere Mode of Ra in one of her first booster packs when I introduced her to the game. She has now mastered the game and I wanted to reward her with a master - level card. She was excited to play it and crush me with it! It arrived in great condition inside of bubble encased envelope, inside of a sleeve with a top loader. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I have to say that I adore this card so much I am keeping this card for life I love how when I put the card in the sun light how it shines so bright and yes this card is 100% real and when it came in through the mail it was in perfect condition just beautiful it reminds me of a golden chicken and I got it for a cheap price!GOTTA LOVE THAT AMAZON!

My card came in the mail on time in mint condition. The beauty of this card is that even though it is a lot weaker in the game compared to the anime, it can still be the strongest card as long as you have a ton of life points when you summon this card. It's attack can even go beyond 10,000 if used properly so be careful with it.
