Mine did not have a bamboo toothbrush and case but instead a silverware set. Mine was also an Amazon return so it came in a plastic bag letting me know it was quality checked and approved. The box handle was also only attached by one side but took less then a second to fix it. Overall very cute, everything is great quality and nothing feels cheap. I'm going to keep alot of the content for myself and refill and register the box and bottle to start a family member on there eco journey.

Update: 10/15/19- Received awesome customer service from the seller Chris, he offered to send a replacement box or refund. And he is following up with his freighter on why the products were damaged. My sister in law did end up loving her gift and I am enjoying my eco products as well (minus water bottle). Good value And quality products for the cost!This box is a really cool idea, and most of the products seem really great. But I did buy this as a gift for my sister in law for her birthday and even though this came packed with bubble wrap in a bigger box, the metal lunch box was still damaged and bent and stained. Luckily I ordered two boxes so I will give her the other one that is less damaged. But I was hoping the water bottle would be glass or steel insulated rather than plastic, it honestly smells like chemicals and I don’t think I will use it. Also one box the water bottle came wrapped in plastic and the other box it did not, which made me think it was used before. Kind of strange. Very inconsistent.But I do like the other products, the bamboo toothbrush is something I’ve wanted and the steel straws seem like great quality.Overall really cool idea, but ecobox might want to consider shipping through a different distributor who won’t damage the boxes.

This kit includes metal straws, a mesh produce bag, a drinking cup, a bamboo toothbrush and case, and beeswax wraps which all help eliminate plastic waste. They come in a handy white metal lunchbox. There are two straight straws -- one thinner and one thicker -- and an angled straw. They come with a cleaning brush (yay!) and a bag which makes it easy to carry them with you in your purse or backpack. The beeswax wraps come in three different sizes.I got one for my son's girlfriend and one for our family as a birthday present for my son's girlfriend. She is very concerned about the environment and thought this was the perfect gift. If we all to a little bit, it adds up.

I really liked the idea of this boxed except for that it came with mold inside the box on the products and sticky blue stuff all over the outside of the box.Update: I was contacted by costumer service and they ended up sending me a new box that was in perfect condition! I really appreciated how nice and helpful they were through that process. The new one is just what I wanted!

Eco box is a great gift idea. But as a minimalist I question the authenticity of the product as I see many plastic pieces. As well as the quality is rather appears poor. I would much prefer to buy a stainless steel or glass bottle than the bottle that comes with it as it doesn’t seem 100% biodegradable or eco friendly. I find the utensil case has a hard time staying closed and is not very durable. But I was happy with the quality of the mesh grocery bag and straws as well as the bamboo toothbrush and holder. All in all I would say it’s not worth the price in my opinion.

So love this but it was a day late. Which they get points for going on a Sunday. And the tin was dented up. Package ripped at the top. But all in all love it

Amazing kit of products focused toward sustainability! So great that you get 3 straws of assorted sizes, the smoothie straw is such a must! Love the toothbrush and that I will be able to reuse the toothbrush container again and again for camping and travel. Can never have to many cotton produce/carry bags, ideal size to have in your handbag or car for all those incidentals! Love that this idea has come out of NZ! Thanks ecobox!!

These NZ-designed boxes of eco-friendly products are even nicer in person than in the pictures and of very high quality. The cute little boxes (kids' lunch boxes or trendy storage boxes) are packed with beeswax reusable food wraps, metal straws of varying sizes complete with cleaning brush, a bamboo toothbrush in container and strong net carry bag, and cute great size thermal cup. They would make awesome gifts. or self-treats. We love ours.
