Works EXACTLY as advertised
This is made of a heavy silicone rubber. I have standard plates that are rounded on the edges instead of squared at the edges like most Olympic plates, and it still works fine. It was a worthwhile purchase. I should have bought one sooner, LOL!

Eliminates the struggle of loading and unloading the bar on the floor.
Works like a charm. Lifts the bar up just enough to be able to easily slide the plates on and off eliminating the struggle of loading and unloading bars on the floor. Its small enough to easily throw in your gym bag and its pretty durable. Definitely 10 bucks well spent

Add lbs to your lifts!
Nah, won't make you stronger, but will keep you from sapping yourself by lifting the bar to add/remove 45's. Roll it up, slide 'em on or off, no strain, save energy for your big pulls! Quality, holds up well.

The most useful weightlifting tool you should own
Absolutely a must buy if you lift weights especially deadlifts. When you starting increasing the weights, it's a real pain to slip on additional plates, but this makes it so much easier without having to lug one side of the barbell to add another plate.

Very Handy Tool!
So glad I bought this. It really takes a lot of the work out of loading and unloading the bar on heavy deadlift days. It's very well constructed and fits easily in my gym bag. I only wish I'd bought one sooner.
