Natural Nasal Spray with Xylitol, 1.5 fl oz (Pack of 1)

This stuff is amazing!! You know that feeling you get at the back of your throat? " o'crap i've got a cold coming on" yeah THAT feeling. I had that sensation the other morning and immediately took 3 shoots of Xlear in each nostril. Did that 2 times during the day. By bedtime that cold was GONE!! That cold never had a chance. Stopped dead in its tracks. No sore throat, no cough, no drippy nose, just blessed relief. Thanks Xlear!!!

I was having congestion in the morning when I woke up despite being in allergy shots. My allergist said it might not be related to allergies and suggested this. I think that it works great. I’m only using it at night but don’t wake up congested in the middle of the night and feel so much better in the morning.

Bought this to help prevent illnesses with my toddler and I truly believe it's worked. I'll give him a spray in each nostril before and after being in situations where he's exposed to other children, and this sick season has been much more mild. It has given him a slight nose bleed a few times bit otherwise he is unbothered. I've used it as well and it completely clears out all congestion. Just purchased two more!

Excellent product. Great for nasal care, and for travel on planes where air is super dry

I've had sinus problems for the past 20 years but someone recommended this to me and it has prevented serious situations from getting worse. It stings just a little at first then works to clear out my sinuses and they tend to stay that way. During pollen season it's my best friend for getting rid of what I breathe in while mowing, gardening, or simply just being outside. A couple of squirts in each nostril, waiting a few seconds or minutes, then gently blowing my nose...it's helping me through the season. The taste is slightly sweet but it's not overbearing at all. I'd be a little happier if it were more comfortable to use but, as is, I will definitely buy this again.

Works well, helps cold systems within a few days

I discovered this AMAZING product a decade ago when my wonderful ear nose and throat doctor (ENT) recommended it. I remember rolling my eyes skeptically when he said this would help me with the pain and pressure I was experiencing in my ears (and of course will also help with stuffy nose). I thought “xylitol, saline and grapefruit extract, riiiight like that’s gonna help” but I stuck to his recommendations and WOW 🤩 did I have to eat my words. A decade later this is a subscribe and save product that I’m never without. This is very effective at clearing up stuffy sinuses and helping to relieve inner ear pressure. It’s safe for use as often as needed (and during pregnancy- this saved me so much extra discomfort during my already uncomfortable 2 pregnancies), it doesn’t taste gross like the nasty steroid nasal sprays, it’s actually very mildly sweet and pleasant, and did I mention effective?! I genuinely feel sad for the people who have said it doesn’t work in their reviews since I know they just didn’t use it properly. * Yeah, sometimes I may have to use 3 or 4 sprays in each nostril if I’m particularly stuffed up, with a cleansing blow of my nose in between, and I may need to wait 5-10 minutes for full relief but it works beautifully! I will never use one of those nasty tasting steroid sprays again, they are so gross and have nasty side effects and aren’t as effective. I wish everyone knew about this wonderful product!
