Pros -They are packed well in a thick protective packaging. There is ALOT of air in the bag so they are not easily crushed. They are hard (not as hard as pork cracklins, but harder than other types of chicken cracklins I've had).Cons -There is ALOT of air in the bag. When you open the bag, there is a tiny portion in the bottom.40 Grams is about 2 oz. These are so dense and heavy that 2 oz is just a smidge of a serving of other chicken cracklins. So basically that portion you see in the pictures is a $5 portion.They are very dense. The rice flour adds carbs, but no real benefit in my opinion. I tried the original and the flavor was ok... no real seasoning to speak of.I will not buy these again.
