Great chiffon pan!
I needed 17cm pan for a Japanese chiffon cake recipe. I trust the Pearl Metal company and I am happy that I found it on Amazon. I baked twice and both turned out good. The batter didn’t leak from bottom at all and washing the pan afterwards is easy. Highly recommended.

small size for Japanese style chiffon cake
this pan is just the right size for making a small cake suitable for two to four people. super easy to wash. I wish the tube was a little wider at the top so that it would fit over a bottle like the recipes say. this one will stand on the end of the tube ,but it does not fit over a bottle. I like it just the same!

Nice pan, quick delivery, I’m happy
The diameter of the sponge cake pan is less than I was expecting. Someone should remeasure inner maximum diameter and correct description. However, the pan is also a bit taller than I expected, so it will hold at least 5 cups of batter (I measured it with beans.) it is a solid, well made baking pan, and I am looking forward to using it. Glad to have found it. Quick shipping, no damage to parcel or contents. I’m happy.

help me to make my Japanese Chiffon cake! Turned out perfect! Based on JustOneCook, I couldn't find a bottle to invert the cake but I found that this stands well on its own! So glad I boughg this baby!

Come with a dent
Just received it. Looks beautiful, and is the size I was looking for, but it comes with a dent. I am disappointed, but feel it’s too much trouble to return it !

Dented bottom
I requested a replacement because of dents at the bottom. The replacement also has dents at the bottom. So disappointed! I might have used them if the dent was on the side wall but I have to return them as they will leak.

綺麗に焼けました！型にこびりついた生地は、スケッパーで取ると綺麗に取れますよ〜。洗うのもらくちん！他の方のレビューで底の隙間に生地が詰まるというレビューがありましたが、私が作ったシフォンケーキではならなかったです。

使いやすいです！
使いやすいです！側面がつなぎ目は無くて洗いやすいですが、底に隙間がありケーキ生地が詰まるので−1です(竹串などで取とれますが我慢できるかは人によるかと)
