The band is comfortable to wear. The pink lining inside keeps the sweat intact and it did color my skin a slight pink colored at the beginning. It washed off completely after I showered and never stained my skin again. I’ve chosen to wear it through this hot summer season and so far after 1 week of continuous wear, I’ve noticed the upper arm area appears a little leaner. I did not measure the circumstance of my upper arm before I wore this band but the blouse I put on the other day was looser at the upper arm area. The photo was taken after my first week. I’ll try to show the difference after one month around the beginning of August.

I liked the product, utill I tried to put the one with the phone pocket. It was way too tight and pinched my skin. I didn't even have my phone in it. My arms are large, but it felt like a blood pressure cuff.

Purchased these with a hopeful that they would work, and they are truly amazing!!! Have been using them for about three weeks and they stay in place and definitely make your arms sweat and smooth skin out.

Total waste of money. No way to adjust for comfort and you little have to slide it up your arm like a sock. Nothing like the others … complete disappointment and sending it back

These give you good sweat and the are nice and tight.

These arm trimmers are great! My wifes arms are slimmer, lost 2 inches doing doing cardio workouts especially arm isolation workouts! Good quality she likes how they slide up versus velcro. She had arm trimmers with velcro and the velcro wore out quickly. The arm trimmers stay in place until it's time to size down bc they becomes loose from burning arm fat! It's time for her to size down!

I can personally conclude that these arm bands aren’t worth it. I wore these for a month (I wanted to be sure that I took my time to analyze each day I wore them), very rarely taking them off unless they needed a quick wash. Used this item with a cream and I didn’t see any changes for the month I used them. I work 2 retail jobs that require me to be active so while I wasn’t doing a complete gym workout, I was still moving around and lifting objects. I wouldn’t bother with these, just a waste of money for a sleeve that covers up arm flaps - will not buy anything like this again and I do not recommend them.

Just what I was looking for -- not sure yet about results since I've just started using them. (Patti)
