Yes there are more cheaper or expensive options out there, but with bag spare tips seem to be good value for the money. Used once so far and me I need to get the action right and height of the sticks right as well. I've looked on line and used the guide of 0.68 times your height, just remember to include/wear your shoes/boots.Durability too soon to assess and will update over the coming weeks/months. Still playing with height but used x4 times and happy.24/5 note the rubber has already worn through on one pole this is after about 10-12 uses, seem to have helped with my walking but still early days. Am ordering rubber feet which are shoe like so will see how long they last.

Never felt the need to buy a product like this, but I thought why not🤷🏽‍♂️.This was amazing!The poles were lightweight and when carrying them I could barely feel a thing, they took seconds to set up and the cork grips were perfect and comfy and did their job.Gave them to my son to use during our hike and he also took seconds to readjust them for his height. Definitely a great product! Would recommend to everyone!

I bought these treking poles because I was going on a trek over the bank holiday weekend. Now that I've used them, I'm not disappointed! They are such a great buy. They're really light weight and the handles are so comfy. They really are a fantastic buy. I can't recommend them enough. If you need trekking poles, then Muddy Bear Trekking poles are the ones you should buy!

This is the first time I have ever bought or used hiking poles. So when they arrived I faffed about for a while watching you tube videos on how to adjust and use them as they do not come with any real helpful advise. They are a good sturdy pole and comfortable when you get used to using them...took me about 15 minutes to get the wrist strap to fit. It would help if the straps could be shortened even more, as I had to twist them once round my wrist to get a comfortable feel. I like the colour (blue) and the cork grips are great.

I like these poles. The cork grip handles suit me fine and the straps are good and comfortable. Good adjustable height, sprung to absorb the shock of hard surfaces. However the springs are very firm - I would have preferred a softer cushioning.Only slight gripe is that there were no instructions about turning the shock-absorbers on/off, but these are available on similar product listings.Came with a bag and small selection of accessories.Overall VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

These are a great product. The Cork handle is very comfortable. They are easily altered for length and the twist and lock mechanism holds well. I put a lot of weight on them going down steep steps and they didn't let me down. Thy have springs inside which helps with shock absorption on the wrists. Great Poles for the price!

Highly recommended
