I found out about Yarrow at an acupuncture clinic in Los Angeles and am so glad that I did.As an empath, I find it challenging to block out stimuli sometimes, no matter how much meditation or clearing I do.The doctor told me to put a drop of this in a glass of water and do do this about 8 times per day. I have been doing it religiously ever since and it has helped me a lot.I would like to add that she noted that there are two types of Yarrow from FES. This one is ONLY yarrow. The other one is a blend. For my purposes (to block out stimuli I pick up as an empath) she said that this one is better.However, I was at a health food store and all they had was the other kind (the environmental one) and I used it a while. Even though it didn't block as well, it elevated my mood, which is generally pretty good, but I could feel the difference. It contains some essences that will help with that, so if that is something you need, you may want to look into that.

Absolutely my favorite flower essence. It protects and strengthens the auric body and makes one less "spongy" - very appropriate for a sensitive person. It's a good one to give to everyone in the house if you're all getting under each other's skin. You will find that everyone is able to maintain selves without so much interpersonal friction, simply because when our auras are stronger we don't get in each other's stuff so much. Very, very nice essence.

I love Yarrow flower essence remedies. I’ve used them for years. It really helps people who are really sensitive.

I am sensitive and I use this to help lessen others energy absorption within my field and I believe this really works! Definitely give this a try if you feel like your nervous system is over stimulated or have trouble maintain boundaries as a empath/HSP

Good product

I read somewhere that yarrow essence is good for empaths. I've been using the product for about 2 weeks but haven't noticed measurable difference. I will continue to use it until I am finished using it.I'd like to see what other empaths say about this product.

Completely healed my leaky aura. After a big life change, inner turmoil, fatigue and the beginning signs of depression, I research flowers essences and found this. It was just the help I needed. Am now feeling solid, protected, grounded and whole. Am sleeping better more nights and feel a lot less emotional.
