Came exactly as advertised, real OEM parts, package OK (had 4 holes through the box but NO damages)
Very good, well made and REAL OEM parts, great quality and fit perfectly in our BBQ. Products arrived without damage but the 4 mounting feet were sticking out the side of the box. Fortunately, these grids are very strong Stainless Steel parts so shipping damages were NOT made to these. I am very pleased to have these great BBQ parts. Thanks!

Replacement flavor grid makes my BBQ like new
This flavor grid is original FireMagic, in the right size, and replaces my old one that had deteriorated over the years.Along with a good cleaning, the BBQ is like new. The price was right, too. FireMagic can be very expensive!

Warps
If this is an authentic flavor grid I would be surprised. The bbq heat has warped this product.

Warped after 2 uses
Grid warped after 2 uses. Will not seat on burners properly. Does not perform like the original Fire Magic grids which lasted 10 years and never warped. Am returning.

Good quality. Arrived quickly and in good condition. A little different design than the old one I had but it will work.

Replacement parts
Even given the make and model, the wrong deflector shield showed up. It was made workable with a little customization, but not the same part as on the original barbeque. It was also very slow in being delivered from the supplier.
