Item fits like the OEM filter. I just installed the filter but not sure how it will perform as the boat is now winterized. The real test will be if there is a performance difference or how the filter looks when I change them next fall. I‘ll update once I know more. These are much less $ than the OEM.

These were SO much less expensive than the Mercruiser filters, I just had to give them a try. I run twin Mag 350 engines, and I run about 100 hours a season. I put a full season on these, and they've been fine. When I swap them out for next season, I will update my review if I see signs of failure or deterioration. Otherwise, I'll be buying more!UPDATE: I just pulled the filters from the fuel modules on my engines. From what I can tell, zero issues! So many guys talk about problems with the non Mercruiser/Quicksilver brands... filament coming loose, rust on end caps, poor seals, etc. I experience none of those issues. The filters are perfectly in tact, with no signs of irregular wear. The elements are dirty; that's a good sign! Definitely buying these again without hesitation. (I actually ordered the four pack and installed today.)

Small package with everything you need for the gen 3 cool fuel filter change. Just installed it, this is beyond the best kit I’ve bought and i replace my filter yearly the past 14 years. Had everything, including both rubber seals.
