I was starting to feel tingling and numbness feelings in my pinky and ring finger on my left hand. My doctor said the most likely culprit was the fact that I sat at a desk all day. She gave me the option of taking time to try and correct my posture, cortisone shots or trying a pain management clinic. I opted for trying to correct my posture.I have only had it a couple of weeks and only wear it at work for 1 - 1.5hrs a day. I am still working my way up to 2 hours a day which I think will be enough going forward. The tingling and numbness are gone and I find myself correcting my posture when I am not wearing it.Its not the most comfortable thing to wear, really cuts into my armpit. BUT if it were comfortable, it probably wouldn't work. I will take the discomfort for a couple of hours over tingling and numbness in my hands.I would like to say that I tried the posture correcter that was just the straps around your shoulders, didn't have the back brace part and while it worked great when standing, it did not keep my from hunching forward at my desk at all. The one with the back brace does!!

The straps cut under armpit causing wounds and discomfort it's protector pads don't provide any protection just more rubbing my body is thin and long thinking this isn't made for my size and can't use it or return it nowSo it's garbage

Item is exactly as described, however i felt like there was no clear instruction on how to use it. It does come with a manual but when I tried it i was lost even though it seems very simple but once I had figured out the whole thing it fit perfectly. The only downside was the strap that goes into the armpit, it was not comfortable at all, but overall it kind of work.I don't suffer of bad posture but back pain so the pain relief even it was not intermediately after 2 or 3 days the pain did go away bit by bit.

I’ve been using the brace/posture corrector for less than a week, usually while studying for long hours or exercising. I suffer from low back pain from a vertebral fracture and upper back pain from studying medicine and subsequently working at a computer for over 10 years.Before I got this posture corrector/brace, I had tried at least 3 others and the others either felt like a tight sports bra, the adjustable straps stretched out, or the Velcro lost grip really fast.This one is seems to be well constructed, the straps are made of something like “seat belt” material so they won’t stretch out. I also like the stiffer spine for extra support and the waist strap. It’s pretty comfortable to wear, but it still chafes in the armpit area despite the removable protectors.Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase and I’m pretty sure I’ve found the posture corrector/brace that works for me.

I'm a notorious sloucher - much to the disappointment of my mother, LOL.Anyhoo, bought this in an attempt to correct my posture some. It seems to work, you can feel it "pulling" your shoulders back but it is not very comfortable. The straps sort of dig into my armpit/bra-line area, which is a sort of tender area/location to begin with. Not the best for me but it could work for someone else. Not gonna return it cuz it's not that it doesn't "work" it's more a comfort thing for me. I could only tolerate having it on for about 25 mins. at a time, so not sure how much I'll really use it for posture correction but oh well..

It helps my back a lot but the straps kill my armpit muscles, they're like a seat belt, really sturdy, but really uncomfortable after a while, for my 10hr working shift is not too comfortable.

I have very bad posture and I'm trying this out to help alleviate some of my back pain. That said it is not the most comfortable thing to force your posture to its correct position. So while the device feels comfortable and is made from soft material, being forced to sit up straight at all times is quite painful for a person with posture as bad as mine. I'm hopeful that with more use my back will just naturally adapt to the new position and I will be in less pain.

I had a pulled muscle in my shoulder do to poor posture and lifting heavy objects. I used this brace for a few weeks to relieve the stress on the muscle so it could heal. This brace did the trick! Now I only use it intermittently. My physical therapist had given me a brace many years ago which fell apart. This posture corrector was purchased to replace that brace.
