Nice warm blanket for cooler bedroom
This blanket is definitely warmer than others I have tried, as it is very thick and I love that it is 100% cotton. I have two complaints. First the outer shell is like cotton candy and kind of sheds. If I am stroking my son's back to help him fall asleep my fingers will catch on the fine threads. It comes with three small zippers so it can be opened three different ways, like for diaper changes. I have only had this for 3 months and two of the zippers broke. Now I can't close it properly at the top because of the two broken zippers.

Lightweight, but warm
I bought one of these a few months back for my toddler since her Carter's fleece sleep sacks were getting too small. I loved the wearable blanket so much that I bought another one last week. My daughter isn't a huge fan of having her feet confined all night, but she's still too young for a blanket. With this wearable blanket, she can poke her feet out if she wants to or tuck them inside if she's cold. She's 17 months old and I ordered the largest size so that she can wear it for a while. it does run big, but not so big that she can't walk around in it. It's soft and lightweight - perfect for the spring and any chilly nights. I suspect that it will still fit her next fall and perhaps winter; she'll be wearing it with fleece jammies and will be toasty.

High shrinkage
The material shrank a lot after a wash and it has a low crotch / short leg design. This makes the clothing legs to ride up constantly during sleep. The material is sufficient for Southern California winter, but will need more layers for colder winter places.

it does its job with pjs under and we use these daily in western NY winters!!!! it is definitely better then some others we have tried and not liked
