It's a good product, but i dont rely on this. It has oil, pretty sure it will be refined oil. So not at all good for health. Otherwise taste is good. My kid loved it. Just that i have completely stopped using refined oil so i dont buy this anymore. I prefer makimg date syrup, nuts powder etc at home.
