Peter Pan: Large Print Edition

My kids love this edition and read it over and over.

Had never read this kids classic. Deeper and more mature story than I had anticipated.

This book was much smaller than I envisioned. My fault as I should have looked at the dimensions. The leather didn't feel luxurious but more...meh... The picture makes it look quite glittery but it really isn't. Just some silver paint with some holographic star effects. The spine of mine had a misprint of the upper silver markings and looks cheap. The pages are so thin! Like old hotel bible page thin. The colored picture is the one shown and the rest are black and white. Seriously, don't pay alot for this version. I spent 25 dollars and I am kicking myself for spending so much on it. I should have bought the annotated version.

Be careful when you order a Peter Pan "board book". I just received one that I had ordered and it was not a board book. By definition, a board book is a smaller, cardboard format appropriate for infants/toddlersChildren’s books come in a number of formats. For the youngest children, one of the most popular formats is the "board book." This format is usually small (smaller than a paperback book in dimension), and the pages are a thick cardboard that can withstand infant abuse -- including chewing/gumming. the small, chunky form factor makes them great for the little ones. In addition, they are often abridged/simplified for this age group (the classic, "Go, Dog, Go!" is a great example.) Many classic books come in a board book form.The book I received is huge - 12"x 15" with regular paper pages. Certainly not suitable to be handled by an infant/toddler. Disappointed, but will save it until she is quite a bit older.

Peter Pan will always be my favorite. Doesn't matter in what format i will literally watch everything that has anything to do with him.So the original is obviously a must have and the magic that comes through the movies won't disappoint in this book !!!

Un bel libro.La storia e' conosciuta dai bambini per cui e' piu' semplice da comprendere e da tradurre.Simpatici anche gli esercizi alla fine

attenzione perchè il cd non è presente anche se è pubblicizzato. Va scaricato online.
