pleasurable ride!
I mountain bike on a hard lightweight saddle with next to no cushion. The extra padding in the shorts reduces fatigue, soreness, and chafing that I normally experience when I don’t wear them. These give me a longer more pleasurable ride and I’m not a sore the next day.

Very nice product.........size received was labeled wrong
the only issue I had with the shorts are they were too small. I followed the sizing chart and ordered the XL, when I received the shorts I was please at how they were constructed and the padding under the seat compared to other riding shorts I have. I can only believe that the wrong size label was placed on the shorts. I was not able to pull the shorts over my hips. I am in the process of returning.

Good thing I ordered one size up!
I have a 36" waistline and an XL fits me just right. So my butt doesn't hurt after 1-hour rides on imperfectly paved surfaces.

Padding insufficient/ineffective for use riding off road for more than a short ride
Purchased this product for use trail/gravel riding on a hardtail mtb. The padding felt very nice when unwrapped, the brushed surface seemed a nice touch. First and only ride with these was about 1.5 hours on easy trails, light rocks/roots. In use, the liner was not much better than using no liner at all. Very uncomfortable by the end of the ride, sore the next day. Did the same ride 2 days later with a pair from Zoic, (essential liner) no discomfort at all, spend a few dollars more, your backside will thank you.

Look great, way too small even going by size chart. Will return and try a different brand.
