I've had this plant for about a month now. I've been watering it according to instructions. The pot looks very nice too. This was my first time buying plants online so I will definitely do it again. This plant looks very healthy and happy so far. There are buds on it but they haven't bloomed yet.Waiting for the bloom :)

I had a real problem watering the gardenia bonsai I was given as a gift. I had to set it in the sink to water it because all the soil and rocks would fall out when watering....it was a huge mess. I finally started using a mister. Then after a couple of weeks, it hatched out fungus gnats. None of my plants have fungus gnats because I know how to keep them away. I immediately repotted it and treated the roots for larvae. I could tell the roots had been snacked on as very few of the fine roots were left. I hope I have saved it. This company is famous for its bonsai trees so I'm so surprised that this one was such a pain to water and a pain to simply keep healthy. I hope it blooms.

Looks great at first and my mother loves it. But despite calling the company and getting care instructions, it is not doing well a month later.

It's gorgeous! Arrived in a timely manner, leaves are a beautiful dark green, and it looks well taken care of. It comes with basic instructions, as well as a tray and rocks for it to sit on in order to keep the humidity up.I did leave out a star as there was a dead slug in the pot under the plastic wrap used for packaging. Thankfully it did not look like the slug had done any damage.

I love the bonsai tree. They are a little hard to take care of, but I think I found the perfect spot for the plant and it now is growing very well. Thank you.
