Entertaining and helpful!
There are a lot of books on weight loss and healthy eating out there but, none that are as entertaining and helpful as this one. It's one thing to just present the information but, to present it in a way that is palatable and entertaining to the reader is at times tough for any author. Luckily for us, Sandra is able to do this without issue. She is able to outline some of the root causes for why we gain weight and then able to give effective solutions for what to do about it all the while entertaining us.

Very little original or helpful advice
This book had little original or helpful advice for weight loss. I found the ideas in this book to be overly simplistic, i.e. one tip was "go for a salad instead of fries". Many of the tips were based on the use of shame/guilt to loose weight, i.e "Revisit situations when friends, siblings or children were embarrassed of your weight and take it upon yourself to make them proud". At times the advice even conflicted with previous advice in the book, the author points out that drinking a glass of wine daily can help boost metabolism and weight loss, but then later advises the reader to give up drinking alcohol to lose weight. The quality of writing was poor as well, with run-on sentences and grammatical errors, as well as poor sentence construction. At one point the author advises the reader to "sign up to Facebook" as a distraction for hunger. It seems odd that the author thinks individuals who are purchasing an electronic book from Amazon are not already one of the 250 million users currently on Facebook. The author suggests that Facebook removes food oriented thinking from your mind so you will eat less, I guess her Facebook friends don't post pictures of food. I would not recommend this book to anyone.

I gained weight after I got married... ...
I gained weight after I got married ...so I have been reading books on weight loss and how to handle obesity. This one has been by far the most entertaining and helpful book on the subject.It has many tips and tricks that can help you shed kilos.It focuses on the root causes of weight loss and provides effective solutions.I am thankful that I found this book in time ...so if you are looking for a well rounded remedy, this book is solution.Go ahead and try it.:)

Amazing results!
Wow! This book has completely changed my perspective on food and my lifestyle.This wonderful book by Sandra Williams teaches you how to focus on the types of food you are eating rather than count calories.Take control of your diet and weight and lose those inches naturally!I have noticed such a difference in myself, I feel healthier and more energetic every day.Highly recommended to anyone struggling with dieting and looking for a new approach.
