Overall I think I made a very good choice with this, plus it being a randon ligtening deal at the time of purchase too. It is only my second ever smartphone and before I only spent £27 on one in a Tesco sale. This time it was so difficult from the amount of choices available but I think it was worth getting a samsung and this one too. For someone not good at working out how to use smartphones, I need others to know the brand(as before it was rather an obscure brand) so they can tell/ show me how things work, and that samsung will keep things standard throughout their phones possibly a good thing. I've only had it a few weeks, but very happy. I even set up a fingerprint without asking anyone - utube is good for these brands that are well known. The extra fast recharging speed is a brill bonus of my choice - as recharging so often and taking so long was my most hated thing of smartphones so far(my old one was so obviously taking ages but I didn't realise they could be better, and this better.

For the price is phone is good value for money. It was priced in shops at £169. But I found it on Amazon, brand new & sealed and the colour I wanted for £129.30. It was delivered the next day with prime.The phone has a good feel and is easy in the hand to use.The memory and storage is great too for this low priced phone.Theres biometrics too. The facial recognition and fingerprint scanner are really easy to set up and use for extra enhancements to your phones security.Good size battery that lasts well and the camera gives nice clear pictures.Checking the product details is very worthwhile as I cant really do it the justice it deserves.

This is the kind of phone where the saying "you get what you pay for" rings true.Camera is good quality, screen is good quality, apps run and open fast and easily.Only thing is that the screen sometimes becomes unresponsive and you have to lock and then unlock the phone to make it work again, also the sound is a little quiet at almost full volume. One setting higher will make the sound overly loud a peaking. Which isn't unexpected at this price range. Again, a good quality value phone.

Really fantastic camera. It's a great phone all round. The display looks great, its fast, the face recognition and fingerprint scanner to unlock are instant, the battery life is quite good and it has plenty of storage. But the best part is the camera. While the inner camera is mediocre, the outer camera takes really, really good pictures. I included some above. The third to last one is taken with the wide lens, which is amazing a captures the full shot and very nicely. The colours come out nicely and the picture is always clear. The second last image is taken with the inner camera and the last with the outer to show you the difference. Definitely worth the price anyway.

Love this phone. I've had Samsung phones for years and I find them easy to navigate and set up. Battery life is great and it charges quick too. Only snag is the charger point on this is larger so doesn't fit generic samsung phones. The charger lead that comes with the phone is quite short. Also there wasn't an ejection pin in the box as stated. Had to hunt round the house to find an old one. The camera is great and the fingerprint scanner is a handy extra that I've never had before.Overall I'm really happy with this phone.

Bought this phone for the mother in law.She had a Samsung S2 or S3, can't remember it was ancient, slow and had a pants battery. Finally managed to twist her arm in getting a new one.Needless to say she loves it, no stuttering, crashing, low disk space messages, charges fast and she's really happy.For a cheap Samsung playing with it I thought it was pretty well made with a good screen. For a fiver or a tenner more than some other budget Smartphones I can only recommend this, it's absolutely crackin' and she loves face unlock.

I bought a Xiaomi A2 for my son, which bricked about 4 months later due to some security update. Amazon were great in refunding me, and I went on to buy two of these (one for each kid).They both absolutely love them, they have lots of memory, play games well, have great battery life and have everything they both need.Most importantly they haven't imploded like the Xiaomi did, well worth the money.

Packaged well. Arrived when it was supposed to. Nice phone. Good price. I got it to replace a Samsung j3 and it does the job. I don't game on it or stream TV etc on it so I don't know what it is like for that but I'm very happy with my purchase. Not to big. Layout I am used to. Swapped data from my old galaxy to new phone easily. Nothing not to like. Not tried the finger print reader...I prefer pattern screen lock.
