Realistic look, balance is a bit off
The crow appears very, very realistic. My only issue is that the balance is a bit off, and the crow very easily tips forward. You must weight it down. Otherwise, very happy.

Perfect "crow" size!
I love crows and I have this one on my porch. It actually attracts smaller birds to my porch feeder. It is 100% crow size and shape not raven. Ravens are much bigger than 16". The mourning doves, chipping sparrows, bluebirds and chickadees are not bothered. Holding up nicely to the weather, too.

Great hawk repellents
I purchased these after reading the reviews about people using them to scare hawks away. I free range my chickens and though I’ve never lost one to a hawk, they’re all over the place in the Texas Hill Country, and know the possibility is there. I put them in two open spaces on our property, and I haven’t seen a hawk since placing them. I did have a couple of days of buzzards swarming close to them, but they never bothered my flock and they’ve since moved on. Money well spent!

The Crow Restaurant Is Now Open!
At the start of our quarantine - I started noticing a crow cawing near our back yard almost daily. It seemed to be looking for our dogs. I tried to feed it but always scared it off when I went outside. Any food would then be gathered up by squirrels before the crows would find it. I ordered this crow decoy and set it by our feeding area. It worked! Crows are curious so he started checking the decoy out and found the food. We place the decoy outside when we can feed them so they know the restaurant is open. After doing this 1 or 2 times, Crovid (our new name for him) started begging for food by staring down through our bay window at us! I think he would beg too much so am only putting food out when this decoy is out. Such a fun experiment while stuck at home! Crows eat grubs and other plant/crop pests so they are good for your garden. Studies show they even prevent corn crop pest disease by eating disease carrying insects. Crows are fascinating as they are as smart as a 7 year old child and may be the smartest birds on the planet. So glad I ordered this crow restaurant open sign!

I needed something to scare off the woodpeckers from pecking at my house and this solved the problem. It is a nice big size so you can see it from a ways away. It’s a hollow plastic crow statue which I just screwed it to on to a deck railing. It comes with a hanging hook but this looks way more realistic just screwing it down.

I bought six of these because I wanted a murder of crows on my front lawn. They’re pretty awesome and from a distance they look real.. I’ve also got a ground spike inserted in them that comes out and goes through the crow into the ground. That’s pretty clever.

Very cheaply made, to expensive for what it is. Good thing it will only be used once for a joke.
