I previously left a not so good review due to shipping time issues. Now, I have subtracted 1 star because of that issue and left 4 stars because their product is great! It is a night and day difference when I changed my bulbs from halogen to these Protekz LEDs! They contacted me to make the situation right which speaks volumes about their customer service. I liked the lights so much that I ordered 2 sets for another vehicle of mine. Had I gotten the product in time the first time, I would have given them 5 stars and still ordered some more lights. I bought two sets of these, one H9 and another H11, for use as high beams on one car, and lows on another.First off, they sent two of the exact same bulbs, since both H9/11 are apparently cross compatible. Thing is, they charged $2 more for the H9s compared to another H11 only listing. Either way, both worked out to about $16/set after discounts.High beam light is almost unnoticeable compared to lows only (get a little more edges of road lit, but no higher intensity in center of beams overlapping). LED lighting does reflect nicely off reflective things like road signs, but the road itself appears dimmer than halogens. The LED lows intensity is only slightly higher than the LED daylight running lights, so not great but for the price it's okay.I think these LEDs might work better if they had a front emitting LED set instead of just the sides of each blade that reflects against the housing.

Bought these about a month ago and installed them , pretty straight forward for the install,, not even a week , one of the led's died , so reached out to the seller and explained to them what happened , without hesitation they send a replacment to me ,, and today the other side died out ,, not sure if i got a defective set or what ,but being just a $22 led set , like the saying goes " you get what you pay for",, so now i went and purchased a reputable set ,,, so would i recommend these ,,, no ,,, do ur research on other led sets out there, i really wanted for these led's to work out ,, , but oh well , this is my review

Bright, clear, and worth the purchase! Recommended to family and friends already.

Lights aren’t very bright, have a nice color temp though. One bulb burnt out in less than 3 months with minimal use. Company did send out a free one, at which time I asked if this was normal that both of them were rather loud. Question was ignored but I at least had a new bulb. The other bulb went out 2/3 weeks later. Now I’m being asked to pay and return the burnt bulb and provide them with a return shipping label at my cost. Still haven’t been told if it’s normal that they’re so loud, not very bright and blow so quickly. Would not recommend anyone to purchase.

I bought this product based solely on the reviews that I read. However, after installing them into my truck I discovered that these lights are NOWHERE near as bright as the other reviews say they are. Not only that but the lights had a purplish tint to them in the middle of the light and a yellow "rim" surrounding the purple. The lights that I was replacing with these were only 4000 lumens and they were brighter than these. If I could have given this product 0 stars I would have. This item was only in my truck for a total of about 4 hours, until it got dark enough for me to see how they were. Hope this helps others in their decision.

Used in 2011 gmc yukon, lights were barely visible on low beam and marginal for driving at night when on high beam. One of the vulva has now burned out after almost exactly 1 year and is for the best. Now I will replace them with halogen bulbs as I should have after using these.

Nice and quick shipping.the product is well constructed and fits well. Though the leads should be identified right in the box. Though keep in mind my Sebring required slight modification to the bulb retaining ring to hold the new moguls in the housing.
