Whirl Sodium Free Butter Flavor Vegetable Oil, 1 Gallon

Don't buy the other brands this is the best. It's like cooking with butter without the burnt butter effect. It has a natural butter flavor Cooks light not greasy. I found out about this product when I went to a restaurant for breakfast and it was the best eggs and hash brown potatoes I ever had so I asked to talk to the chef lol. I dontknow why whirl doesn't market this to the general public and package it in a more usable size. I usually make up 6 or 8 bottles and share with friends and family. It has about 1 year shelf life. It's what you want to use if you cook alot of breakfast foods or saute fish and seafood.

I love it, just a tsp is enough to give food that creamy buttery touch! I fried myself a couple over easy eggs in it, and they were the best fried eggs I've had in over 8 years!I filled one of those 8oz. pump spray bottles with this, so I can spritz it onto pop corn, corn on the cob, toast! It's awesome. I spritzed it onto a slice of toast, and it tasted like it had the best creamy butter on it! I am truly amazed!

I made meatballs in the oven....Used it to coat the pan ... At first it looked like melted butter.. then it melted and looked like oil

I used to use this when I worked in a restaurant. We did alot of sauteed dishes so it was very flavorful without the smoke and burn from butter. We used knockoffs as well to save a couple bucks. They weren't bad but not quite as good.

Does not have a butter flavor. Container needs a no drip spout. Be prepared for it run down the bottle. Price point is ok as all oils are pricey now.

Buttery, I use it on everything I cook on the Griddle. Doesn't burn at all.
