I've been using promix collagen, protein powder and creatine for months and could not be happier. Recently added the liver to my stack and its chefs kiss! I went into this one optimistic. Grass-fed raw beef liver capsules? Sure. Easy way to get nutrients without, you know, eating liver. But then I saw the serving size and immediately felt personally attacked. Six. Capsules. Per. Day. I’m sorry, but if I need to swallow half a fistful of pills just to get the advertised benefits, that’s not a supplement—that’s a part-time job. No thank you. I don’t care how clean, pure, or grass-fed this stuff is… asking for six capsules a day is a deal-breaker of Olympic proportions. I wanted to like these. Truly. But the serving size alone earns a hard, unapologetic pass from me.
