It helps for dodging purpose
Its good but u have to work hard for being proAnd it helps you to focus on what is coming to you it is a good prduct if u are a fighter then it helps you for dodging

Economical and does the job, but slightly less durable
I use this for practicing my hand eye coordination. It's been great and totally does the job.However, it does go through degradation based on the amount you use it. The ball and string itself are fine even after 6 months of constant use, but the plastic bit holding the string to the ball eventually broke and now the string is tearing the ball.But, when you're paying so little for such a great product, I don't think you can complain.
