È incredibilmente solida, pesante, molto pesante, soprattutto il coperchio, bella alla vista. Utilizzata per ora due volte: per cucinare un pollo e una lasagna alla bolognese. È semplicemente fantastica, conferisce ai cibi sapori eccezionali in quanto consente agli aromi di non disperdersi. Inoltre è pratica: chiudi nel forno olandese, lo posizioni tra i brichetti ardenti, e aspetti che i cibi siano pronti. Comunque la si può usare anche sui fornelli a gas o nel forno di casa.Avvertenza a chi si spaventa per la ruggine: non acquistate prodotti in ghisa o in ferro, passate ad altro. Esiste l'acciaio inox, l'alluminio, il teflon. Questa Petromax arriva già trattata, ma dopo l'uso va sempre gestita come tutti i prodotti in ghisa, e in presenza di macchie di ruggine, semplicemente le si leva.

Die besten Dutch Oven Töpfe die ich gekauft habe...
Kaufe nur Petromax, auch wenn diese schon deutlich teurer sind, halt Made in Germany.Sollten die Arbeitsplätze in Deutschland erhalten und Marken kaufen mit Qualitätssiegel. Wer billig kauft kauft 2 mal...Bin seit 20 Jahren im Einkauf und habe auch Gussteile gekauft, die Qualität hier ist wirklich gut. Bei anderen Poorenklassen ist MANN nur am putzen.Kann auch das Schichtfleisch empfehlen das kommt gut an und gelingt immer.
