Love it. What an energy and time saver. With arthritis in my hands, grating by hand is painful. This is such a God send. I use it a lot

After few uses the nut that holds the grinder tools had the little wings bended and this cause the nut itself to not being able to hold the tool while it rotates. Very bad quality! I would like to give it zero stars... but the option is not there!

I rarely use this for salad but it's great for grating cheese or any kind of thing that you would normally have to do by hand. I use it all the time.

I really love the idea of this kind of counter top processor, but this product has a couple of serious shortcomings, and one very serious flaw, which led me to return it.1. you have to hold the power button down the entire time or the motor will stop2. the chopping blades do a sloppy job, the first few slices are misshapen and mushy, then it gets going and works well, and the the last few slices are misshapen and mushy3. to attach the different blades you have to secure them in place with a plastic nut in the center. attaching it is easy but un-attaching it was very difficult the first time, I had to use a towel, and the second time I used it I absolutely could not get it to come off. I even tried using pliers, but it became clear that the nut would break before it would budge, my husband couldn't get it out either, so I gave up and returned it. I am not a weak person - so I imagine that someone with weak or arthritic hands would find this impossible to use. Also, someone with stronger hands would likely have larger hands, making it very difficult to reach into the little space to turn the nut.The shoot that the food goes down is nice and big, that is one good thing I can say about this product. It is larger than my Cusinart and Omega juicer shoots.
