It's an empty notebook. Maybe I should have read the description properly but there are books you can get that have the recipes in them, much funnier than an empty note book...

I gave this to a friend for Xmas. When she unwrapped it she couldn't believe her eyes (nor could her husband), and I said open it. When she found it was just a notebook, she said she would take it to work and leave it on her desk.
