I used both of these batteries for a few hours each without any issues. Remember that these are similar to the Ryobi 18V Lithium batteries - not the Lithium+ HP batteries. Thus, they don't have as much runtime as the newer Ryobi batteries and they don't have the charge level light indicators, but they still work well - at a much lower cost. The other factor to consider about these batteries is that the warranty is probably only as good for 1 year or as long as the vendor remains available through Amazon - whichever is shorter. Compare that with the Ryobi 3yr warranty on tools and batteries. I still think these are a good value but will update my review later if anything changes.

Excellent, so far working in Ryobi original charger and fit the device while performing well. Batteries are heavier by about 2x(message to the ladies) but do last a little longer then minimum battery for sure. Lets hope that life cycle of each battery will be as long as original. So far the batteries are great resourcing power when you need it to pump your tire with Ryobi Air Compressor or screw that nut. Worth the price due that battery will last longer and if you are in crucial situation and trying to get as much power from every charge of the battery - you will have no issues.Tested for 3 weeks and recommend it.

The first set I got had a bad battery that would not charge. I ordered/swapped/replaced with the same battery pack and both batteries appear to be working fine. I can’t comment on longevity because I haven’t had them that long.

Advertised as 6ah but same size as a 4ah ryobi battery and same run time. Ran only 15 mins on a ryobi string trimmer on the low setting. If your looking for better run time get a different battery.

Cheaper alternative to oem. Performs well and seems to be a good quality.

This is the second time I have bought these. The first set. I used all day, everyday. But I dropped one and it stopped working. I wore out the second one. It actually still works 4 years later. But it looses the change within 20 minutes.The new ones work all day and I put them on the charger all night.They work in all my 18 volt tools and my 18 volt radio.My truck battery died once and I hooked up one to the truck battery. I let it set for 30 minutes. Came back and my truck fired up. I don't recommend it. There not made to jump start vehicles. But I was in a pinch.Worth every penny.I just wish they had a place to send my old batteries.I hate to just toss them into the trash.

Purchased back in 2022 and it worked only 1 year

These work as advertised. Only complaint is that I must make sure battery is well seated in charger. For some reason it needs to be firmly pushed into charger or it does not charge. Not an issue when inserting in tools however. Great value for the money.

The battery works fine and seems to have better life than the original did. After having to replace the original batteries twice and at double the cost of this one I thought I would give it a try. Battery has longer charge however as others mentioned it is a bit difficult to get in and out of charger and the tools but not a deal breaker. The battery I received only has 3 working charge level lights so I am hoping it’s just a non working light and not an actual charge level issue. Amazon doesn’t give an exchange option in the return so I may just have to return and buy another one just to be sure it’s not the battery itself. I do however recommend this battery as so far seems to exceed the oem quality.

This works well, holds the charge and great price point vs the original battery

Bought two batteries, six months apart.At first they were fine but both went dead within a year of purchase (as in no charge and the Ryobi charger has a red light that indicates a defective battery). I don't even use them much, no extended period of work or hard work in the sun. You could say I babied them and they still failed.The seller offered to refund $30 at first (where they got that number I have no idea since I paid over $50) and when I said I would like either a full refund or a new battery, they stopped answering.The seller ignored messages about the second battery under warranty and will not even deign to answer anymore.Thankfully Amazon support was able to get me a full refund on the first battery but the associate for the second battery said they could not do anything even though it was under the warranty period.In the future I'll wait for Ryobi days to try to get a deal on batteries.
