I've been using this for a month and my nails have grown so much, I have to keep filing them down! Usually my nails split on the sides but, not anymore. A customer commented on my nails at work and said they look so strong and healthy. I'll keep using it. Oh, my hair is a little thicker too. But, the stars of the show are my Nails!

I am still on medicines that affect my hormones SO I have lost more hair on top of what I lost due to radiation treatments. The meds cause my hair to thin, break, and fallout. This being the only side effect I had. I decided to try Silica as was recommended (I'd already tried Biotin). In a little over two months, I notice quite a difference -- hair breakage at a standstill, thin hair stronger, and short new hairs that would grow and fall are growing and not falling. Is it Silica? I don't know, but I will continue taking this as it seems to be working for me personally.

It does take time to work,at least with me, but I feel it has really helped a lot. Hair, skin and nails are better.

No smell, easy to take. Won't know if they work or not for a few months.I have baby fine hair and easy to break nails. So............we'll see if this helps thicken my hair and toughens my nails and I will let everyone know, so stay tuned.

This is good quality pills but they are pretty big for me.

I am on my third bottle giving this product ample time to help with what it was going to do. So, after about 6 months I can say my hair is no better in terms of hair shininess and density. My skin all over seems no better, and my nails in the last month have begun peeling, bending, breaking. This is the worst condition they have been in my entire long life. I was hoping just one thing would be improved and I would continue to take it so, after this bottle I will not continue. Only positive I can say is that it doesn't seem to bother my stomach or anything else. It seemed like a good idea but didn't help help me in any way.EDIT: After the above review posted I got an email from the company, Healthway Shop, who offered to refund my money on this last bottle. This was a generous and rare thing, thus I added one more star to the feedback due to their above the call of duty customer service. They reached out to me which is amazing. So thank you Healthway Shop, I will look for some other product to try from your store. This particular product didn't meet my expectations, but I am sure I will find something else that will.

I will forever use this product. It really helps my hair grow.
