Outstanding
Light enough for anyone to use. And makes good food. Great bulld quality for the weight.Youist know how to clean and oil cure it for first use and repeated use. See many youtube videos available... Same process for cast iron, carbon steel like this one, and earthen pots. Even stainless steel and brass will perform well and easy to clean and maintain with good curing.

bad quality tawa
the center of the tawa is thin which causes roti or dosa to stick and burn until the remaining part of the food item cooks.I did all the seasoning process twice then started using, for few days it was good but later roti started burning in the center and dosa started sticking all over the tawa.bad experience, never will I buy from this company again.

Not so sturdy
Product did not last even 3 years. Handle is off. The screws came off as well.

Fast roasting
Fast roasting, very useful while lunch packing,but centre part is too fast roasting compared to edges.
