Would Buy Again
I was given an XL faja (brand M&D) by my surgeon's office after my lipo 360 and an abdominal scar revision. I bought a second, same brand, days after surgery size M recommended by my post op masseuse. These are around $130. The genital area zipper with this brand is so uncomfortably tight I wanted to cry from being so miserable but I kept wearing them anyway.I'm 5'8, 180 lbs, hips 39, waist 34 with a long torso and naturally busty. I really like the movable flap on this faja for restroom use. It doesn't attach to anything and easily moves which may be a bother for some. I enjoy the freeness of the area compared to the zipper kind. I've only used this for urinating and never poo. Helpful tip, I urinate backwards on the toilet to be able to lean forward and not soil the garment.Considering I'm taller than average, the straps surprisingly aren't a bother at all. The garment was tricky to put on the first time and really difficult to latch the hooks. But after that I found my method to make it work and move faster. I'm barely on the first hook so I have plenty of time to work my way to the tightest hook. I do wear these w lipo foams inside as well. This garment doesn't have a lot of stretch which is a good thing post op as you're trying to keep everything tight to the body.I haven't tried wearing this with fitted clothing but have used it with jeans and t-shirts without it being obvious. The compression, material and appearance are really good.I did see a lot of complaints with the thigh area. My legs/ thighs are thinner than average w/ my tall frame so they rarely roll up and it's not a bother. I will say the butt area is shaped strangely and it actually makes my butt look smaller but I can't tell in jeans/ joggers.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would buy it again. However, I will be trying other brands that are even cheaper to see if they measure up in quality. And definitely no more zippers for me.

Good for lipo
I bought two different fajas to alternate with, both a different brand. This one is far superior and although more money than I wanted to pay, worth the money. There is an opening in the crotch for ease of bathroom use. The opening is placed in the right spot and had a fabric flap to cover your parts and protect you from irritation against whatever you're wearing that day. This also has 4 rows of clasps that allow you to continue slimming down as swelling reduces, etc. It was very comfortable for the most part. My only complaint is that once the leg band started to roll, it would bunch in my groin area and pinch my skin right there and the only solution to that was throwing it in the wash and kind of "resetting" it. It just made for an uncomfortable and sometimes painful rest of my day until I could get it off and throw it in the wash. This happened more on the right side than the left and I think that is because the left is where the flap connects to the rest of the garment and the right is more open ? I don't really know how to explain that without showing you and that's not happening 😂 There is just a gap where the skin is more vulnerable to getting pinched. It has caused a little raw spot on my groin right there.

Mixed Review.
The size was ok. I went down a size and that was fine. The hook and eye closures are very hard on the fingers if you have arthritis or are diabetic and prick your fingers. It also takes forever to do each hook and eye. The lace on the bottom sticks too much making it a little uncomfortable on the skin. I find the opening between the leg not great as well because it is a strange half-opening. That all said, once it is on and closed, it is wildly comfortable. It feels fantastic.

Didn’t Like It
When I first purchased this I loved the fit and the fact the thigh area wasn’t so tight. A week into it, I’m already comfortably on the last hook which is not okay! It is very itchy and has very low compression. Definitely not a stage 2 garment. Returned for another style that I first purchased and should have this time instead of trying this one

Excellent for the price
I already bought an expensive level 3 faja, so I didn't want to spend much on a level 2. I went ahead & purchased this one and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the faja, it has great compression - its just as good as the one level 3 one which I paid $130 for in a Columbian boutique. Trust me, buy this one if you are looking for a level 2 faja, it's worth every penny. You won't be disappointed!

Beware of used items!!
I’m rating 3 stars because I received a used item. I like this brand of faja and have ordered from this seller multiple times prior to this one. I have been receiving quality, new products but not this time! I received a garment with stains in the crotch! Clearly it has been worn. Yuck! Luckily, returns are easy. Overall, the faja fits well and the compression is great. They do crease after about 4 weeks. The legs stay put and don’t roll. The garment is also hidden under clothing.

Love it
After trying so many compressions this one is by far the best! I ordered a small size, I’m 5’ tall 160-lb, my belly is really soft and was looking for something to hold and mold. I love it that it has four grommet levels to adjust, I’m using the second level. At first it was a bit hard to close, but once it did it feels comfortable around. Molds and holds you well.

Not good
I thought this would be great since having surgery but the thighs roll up the straps dig into my skin and snap off not a fan of the crotch having no zipper to me slit wasn’t opened enough and when I’m at work I don’t have time to take the whole thing off to use restroom it does provide a nice snug fit and the four hooks is a plus but very uncomfortable as far as thighs and straps goes
