It's a comfortable piece to wear. I have been fighting with insomnia for a couple of years and while this unfortunately didn't help me as much as I had hoped I am planning on pairing it with a different mouthguard to pull my jaw forward and see if that helps. If I had any complaints it would be that I had several requests for reviews, one of which came the same day I received the product which is kind of annoying. I understand reviews help the company and I have no problem with that but don't badger people, give them a week to use it. But otherwise it's a good piece. Make sure you allow for time to wash it and let it dry before you use it as listed in the instructions as it does have a bit of an odor from the foam production process.

Does what it says. Keeps my mouth closed all night so I don't snore through it. The nose dilator also helps not snore through my nose. Tried without the dilators last night and my SO woke up three times throughout the night from my nasal snoring, so those suckers are going back in for now on. Might try to add a humidifier to the mix.I give this product a 6/10 in comfort when you pair them but a 10/10 in terms of snore prevention. My other half is much happier when I wear this stuff and she gets a good night sleep so she's much happier in the mornings.

Got this device two weeks ago and haven't snored since. My spouse was very concerned that I had sleep apnea. So far no scary episodes to alarm him. I was afraid the device would aggravate my history of TMJ pain. I wear the device loosely and so far I have an excellent result. If I continue with my successful outcome, I'll be sure to get another.

Does not work at all! It is rough feeling and uncomfortable. Does not help keep your chin in place and does nothing for snoring.

I have been prescribed CPAP for many years. I was struggling with another chin strap my CPAP provider got for me. It kept falling off in the middle of the night. It was basically one strap for the chin and a single strap around the back.So I got this chain strap to replace the one that was not working. First off this strap is seems well made. It is stretchy with good strong seams with hook and loop fasteners to apply it. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and have not had one night where it came off or became dislodged. The strap does keep my mouth closed, which is essential for CPAP users. It took me a couple of nights to get the proper adjustment, as with all straps used with a full face mask, they can create leaks on the bottom of the seal if the strap is to tight. I also found this strap to be comfortable, no skin irritation at all.

I suffer from apnea/excessive snoring that robs me a of a good night's sleep. I tried a similar product intended to keep my mouth closed during sleep, but it was uncomfortable and not very effective.The three-point design of this product is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it, yet it is also far more effective in keep my mouth closed and providing me a better night's sleep.Forget bogus medical sleep studies, C-Pap, etc. Just get this product and if you don't sleep well after using it, there's some other reason than snoring.Thanks to the folks at Active Elite for designing this product to deliver on its promises!

I already use many anti snoring device. But for this one, It really work!!Bought this strap because I am a mouth breather and a loud snorer. Used to have a cpap but tonsils and uvula wasremoved. I was fixed until i stopped smoking and started to eat. Extra weight will make you snore and i am good at it says my wife. I bought this strap on a whim. Ive wasted money. The first night my wife, who wore ear plugs to bed,could not believe it. I ordered 2 others and will probably get more. I have no cpap. I still breath out of my mouth butmy chin is kept up and not allowed to drop. A true believer here. My wife no longer wears ear plugs and is getting the best sleep. I really love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this for a family member who snores very heavily. For a great nights sleep, this is the best present you can buy an avid snorer! It is very comfortable to wear (although doesn’t look the most pleasing to the eye), it is very well made and the stitching is finished well. Although not used for long it looks like it will last! the nose clips are a great bonus too. I have been reliably informed apart from us all getting a good nights sleep, our avid snorer also didn’t have a sore throat due to mouth being open.Save your family life and get one, our family can’t recommend enough!!!!
