AirBake Natural Aluminum 2 Pack Insulated Cookie Sheet, no burn design, 14 x 12in & 16 x 14in

I have used AirBake products since the company started making them started making them. Because of the pocket of insulation, the produce a superior cookie with burning the bottom. I still have my 2 original cookie sheets, which are over 20 years old, but I needed a few more, so I bought more AirBakes. I think their product has gone downhill. First, the aluminum stained the first time I used them. I cannot scrub them clean. Then, after only about 3 or 4 uses, the top and bottom of the smaller one separated/delaminated. My 20+ year old AirBake cookie sheets still look and work great. The new ones are quite inferior... the quality is not what it used to be. I gave it 3 stars because at least one of the 2 sheets that came in the package stayed together, and the cookie sheet still does a great job baking cookies.

The cookie sheets have been great to use for baking cookies. That is the only thing I have used them for so far.

I would not use anything but Airbake cookie sheets for my Christmas baking. Well, the other cookie sheets are retired to serving as drip pans in the oven...My Grandma showed me hers several years ago. I think she is using different cookie sheets now, but I will never go to anything else as long as I can still get these. I just bought this set to give my future Mother in Law one. She had never used them. I kept the smaller one for myself. I bake cookies that if they brown, they are burned. These sheets are also great for Spritz cookies, since you don't want them to brown either. Cookies just slide off with a gently push. I LOVE these and am so disappointed that you can't buy them here in Western KY anywhere I look anymore. Thank goodness for Amazon! These are amazing, if you burn cookies...it's user error or a demon possessed oven. These things are that good :)p.s. you can put them in the dishwasher but don't soak them. You would never need to though, things don't stick (except burned on butter from someone who buttered homemade biscuits on them and burned on the butter in the oven)...and it wasn't me! Despite the ugly circles on the pan from the butter it does NOT stick even now. I still bake on it and am trying to figure out how to get the circles off it. The pan still works like a charm!

I have used the air bake product for years. I love them. No more burnt cookie bottoms. I got this set for my granddaughter who also likes to bake cookies.

These cookie sheets are overall a good value. Their functional, and the price is fair. They are not as slick as I had hoped, allowing a bit of food (like frozen pizza) to stick a bit, but most of it comes off or washes off easily.

I had some ratty old cookie sheets and a pizza pan that were nearly 20 years old. While they still functioned, the state of them was a little embarrassing. Perhaps a little gross. In purchasing new baking sheets, I was looking for two things: ones that had no coating and ones that could also be used to cook pizza. I have not previously owned insulated baking sheets, but the promise of "no more burning" caught my attention. I am not a serial burner, however I will admit to have difficulty getting my cookies to bake evenly. I liked the two-pack of the medium and large sheets. I have found them to be the perfect size for baking pizzas of various shapes and sizes. I have also used them of course to make cookies. On the cookie front, I have found the need to add baking time, but there doesn't seem to be a "formula" for doing this. I have not had any trouble with scratching (other than from a pizza wheel - my fault of course) or bending/misshaping in the oven. They are very easy to clean up - I prefer to wash/dry baking pans/sheets by hand so I have never put them in the dishwasher.

These pans do a superb job of distributing heat evenly which breeds consistency into every batch of cookies I bake. Thanks!

I purchased Airbake cookie sheets many years ago and found them superior to all others. Cookies , biscuits, etc never burn or bake uneven. These newer pans don’t seem as sturdy as the older ones.
