Chef Craft Select Plastic Lettuce Knife, 7 inch blade 12 inches in length, Color May Vary

This is exactly what I was looking for. The knife doesn't scratch my metal pans at all. It was also extremely inexpensive.I does have some minor blemishes/discoloration/cracking (the latter I believe to be from putting it in the dishwasher). But for the price it's a great product.

The knife seems to be good quality compared to one's I have seen in the store.

Makes preparing a salad easier.

Many years ago I learned that you should never cut lettuce or greens with a metal knife. I ordered this and mistakenly assumed I got three of them because of the picture. I should’ve known better but want to say that the knife is great, does the job and I’m glad I bought it. We do lotta greens in this house and it’s come in handy. You wouldn’t think that a plastic knife would be sharp but be careful. It is.

Used this to slice lettuce and the head of lettuce turned brown where it was sliced. This happens when you use a stainless steel knife. Wasn’t supposed to happen with this plastic knife.

Worked perfectly for cutting lettuce

Ordered it for a friend after a discussion about her kids (one of whom regularly clogs the toilet) who'd never heard of a poop knife. I know that's not what this particular item is intended for, but honestly, it works great, and I am not a fan of the metal ones.
