I think this is one of the best kitchen tools that man has ever invented, no more parchment to bake cookies. I bought a silicone fiberglass mat from Amazon and I immediately liked it. I started using it for cookies, then I found out that you can use it for many other baked foods. It is excellent for kneading bread, pizza and dough for biscuits or pie crusts. It doesn't slip onthe work surface even pushing hard on the dough you're kneading.Cleaning up is very easy and fast, just use some mild soap and a soft sponge, soak it in water and wipe off the food particles on the mat. I think I couldn't live without it, it is really useful for anyone, beginners and experienced cooks.
