These frames have a very nice black matte finish. They are sized perfectly for certificates. I like that they have glass and not plexiglass. Plexiglass will yellow after a time. The frames are put together well and seem quite sturdy. The corners are all snug and perfectly aligned. Great product.

All frames came in great condition and exactly as expected.

I like the quality, it's what I expected and to be honest most frames are assemble this way now. Real glass is a plus. The person who wrote the hanger wasn't center and couldn't use it had no clue, you can move the hanger anywhere you want it. It came well package and you can paint them like I did. A good product and value

I actually purchased 2 boxes of the 12 units/box of Icona Bay Frames. Out of the 24 diploma frames, 3 were defective and 1 had broken glass. The defective composite wood frames had slight gouges in the front of the black frame exposing the composite material. I was disappointed in the fact that 4/24 were useless, which gives it a defect rate of almost 17%. I hope the retailer/distributor would have better quality control in the future as it just increased my cost/unit item considerably.
