The Complete Irish Pub Cookbook: The Best of Traditional and Contempoary Irish Cooking

It is a very simple book with simple and easy recipes, not complicated. One page for the ingredients and photo, the other page 3 of 4 steps and done. Nice paper and gorgeous pictures. Good hardcover and receive it on time. In my opinion there are several recipes which some ingredients are difficult to find, at least for me with cero possibilities to get them. But there are some others recipes I can easily prepare and I like them. Finally it is a good and simple book that for people curious in Irish cooking or those who simple love the Irish meals I believe this is a book to buy. Only one thing disappointed me: I was expected to find the classic fish and chips that I love just don't know how to prepare the dough for the fish but this recipe was missing! Perhaps some other book have it. It is a book your the time we are living, practical and easy.

Great recipes for pub food. Well illustrated! Have bought for myself and copies for my family members.

Full of wonderful ethnic fare

My BF’s mother loves all things Ireland. This book got great reviews and the pictures are beautiful. I can’t wait to try some of these recipes she makes for us.

No kidding, the first day I read this book, I had a grocery list of 20 items. The recipes are concise and EASY.

This book is marvelous . It is beautiful, the recipes are simple to follow and well written. The book is a joy to read and inspiring. I did not begin to know how valuable this would be to my Irish cooking experience. Such quality !!!!

The recipes look really tasty. And they seem to be foods that will really fill you up and yet look good too, in case you’re serving it for guests.
