Excellent value punchbag
Excellent value punchbag which I recomend. I use the bag for boxing practice and hang it using the iron ring. I have used the bag for a couple of months and it seems sturdy. Ideal for practicing your jabs, hooks and uppercuts. So I am pleased with the purchase. A good bonus getting a pair of what I think are 8 OZ padded boxing training gloves and the knuckle wraps. Only the skipping rope is no good which is a minor thing.
