This seasoning is great on chicken.

After moving from a heavily populated international restaurant area, I tried this seasoning and it tastes very good...reminds me of an authentic restaurant I frequently ate at. Only found a couple restaurants in our new town that have decent shish kabob. I used ground meat (confused with kafta kabob, another favorite) and served with yellow rice for my "shish-k fix". Only thing missing was good pita, salad and tahini. Only tried once cooking on the stove without marinating for hours, and it was still good. Next time will try using tenderloin cuts, marinating overnight and grilling as recommended.

This is the real deal flavor of how shish kabob should taste like. With the proper middle eastern charcoal it would be absolutely amazing.

It was unusable. The taste was awful and because I couldn't return it, I had to throw it and waste my money. I don't know if the taste was because it was old, or the way it was stored, but it was inedible. If I could have given this product no stars at all, that's what I would have given.
