Compared to the typical brown cumin, the flavor is more subtle. I use it more liberally for a great flavor profile on meats. It is also known to help lower cholesterol as well, but it takes a bold amount, like a teaspoon daily in a drink, to make a difference over time.

Good quality

I wasn't sure about purchasing herbs from Amazon but these seem fresh, packaged nicely, and good quality. The black Paprika was very black, unlike some of the reviews showing the grains to be like a charcoal color.

The item is as ordered. A black cumin powder. However the favor depending on the bag received various a lot which is concerning. As a consumer it is hard to really know if what i am ordering is what it should be when the favor is so different each time i order. I hope its more of a freshness issue then a maybe they are mixing in fillers or something yet still calling it black cumin seed powder.

In oatmeal, in baking, breading, on air fried veggies, The list is endless. Great flavor of spicy pepper and cumin combined.

I have learned that I can't live without black seed. It helps me with so many things. Number 1 being a chronic sinus infection. I don't use it constantly because I switch it up with other herbs so my body doesn't grow immune.Number 2 At the first sign of a cold .... I start the black seed powder and sometimes I use black seed oil. So far it has shortened the duration of my colds and I swear they don't get as bad. My Daughter is still coughing after 2 months of having a chest cold. Not me, my cough never got that bad. But like I said, I start black seed at the first sneeze.There are so many things I use this for but one other thing it does is help me sleep when I take it. That alone makes it worth it's weight in gold.Not sure black seed will help you as much as it helped me... but I would love to hear your results if you try it. Search the benefits of black seed and see if it is right for you. Me... I love it.

This is supposedly to cure everything but death. I have been taking this every other day for three weeks went to the dr to run labs and I am in the best health I have been in in years. I have suffered arthritis for 20 years and it is gone. It gives you a lot of energy and very vivid dreams. I was very surprised how tasty this product is when you put it on any kind of food even pizza. The only thing I had an issue was that the bag that they send you it does not let you reseal on top. I had to pour it on another bag other than that very happy with it.
