I thought, well, it’s just a comb but I’ll give it a try. This comb exceeded my expectations. It’s very sturdy, even heavy. The comb has somewhat exaggerated spacing between the teeth and a progressively increasing width from the point of the teeth to the root of the comb body. If you have thin hair that lays flat and close to your scalp this comb gives it a little lift and a slightly “chunky” appearance. Also the heft of the comb gives it a professional feel as opposed to some other cheap lightweight products that meet the minimum standard for being a “comb.” No comb is going to work miracles but if you have the above condition, I would recommend it.

Love these combs. I ordered mostly because they were pink. But they are great to detangle my hair after washing. They are very sturdy. Seem very well made. And I may order more. Because when I find something I really like and it's pink. Usually by the time I need to replace it, it is no longer available.

This is by far the most useful tool if you have naturally curly hair. I am over 65 with shoulder length natural curly hair that was thinning due to struggling to detangle my wet hair. I've used various styles of wide spaced combs. Some worked OK, some the teeth broke too easily, with use. THESE carbon fiber wide toothed combs were demonstrated on a video I was watching on care of curly hair. And, I immediately ordered them. They have been a Godsend. I am so glad I have two. One for in the shower, one for backup. They are well made and I don't worry about the teeth breaking, at all. Plus, their design prevents me from pulling on my hair to detangle it. With a leave-in conditioner, the comb just glides through my wet hair in the shower. No more breakage or hair loss. Thank you for a great tool - for us natural curly heads!

This is the best wide tooth comb I have found after my Dyson wide tooth comb that came with the dryer. It removes tangles very easily and does not break my hair. I ordered three more. High-quality material and I think it’s a great price.

These combs are great!!! When ladies decide to grow their hair long (Elbow length or below), to minimize split ends it is essential to have a hair tool like this one to use, instead of dividing the individual hairs like a boar brush would do, to instead spray on dry conditioner and comb through, bringing the individual hairs together. Hair is stronger together. This option is vastly superior to turning over the long hair it took so many years to grow to a hair cut person who will (not so surprisingly) CUT OFF the beautiful long hair BY SIX DISGUSTING INCHES into a GREATLY UNWANTED short bob after repeatedly assuring the too-trusting client they would only cut half an inch. NEVER TRUST A REGULAR HAIR SALON WITH YOUR GORGEOUS LONG HAIR! I have found they perpetrate the above mentioned lie 100% of the time. I protect my hair by spraying on the nexus dry conditioner and combing through with these combs after the dry conditioner makes it easy to comb through so I avoid broken hairs. Unfortunately I received a low quality comb instead of the one in the item description, even not the black color I’ve chosen!
