I had purchased another brand of just phosphatidylcholine for mold illness and after reading up on phospholipids I found this with 3 different types in 1 and I'm glad I did. This along with l-glutathione and binders possibly saved my life. The inflammation I was experiencing was literally effecting my memory and cognitive ability that was helped by this greatly so I could just look up treatment and also found I have cirs, chronic inflammatory response syndrome it's where I have a genetic mutation, not rare 1 in 4 have it but your body doesn't have the ability to locate and remove bio toxins from mold. What a mo fo, felt like I was at the point of dementia, I'm only 46. If you mold sickness of any kind DO NOT HESITATE, BUY THIS.

I started taking this after doing some research on why I am so constantly sleepy and fatigued. At 52 years old, grew accustomed to blaming menopause for being so tired! I thought it may be a dopamine or serotonin deficiency, but now realize it may be a phosphatidycholine problem that causes inflammation. I could tell a major difference in 15 minutes after taking one pill! I was wide awake, alert and no brain fog! Something that has not happened to me for at least 10 years! I will order these the rest of my life!

I take this to help me detox. It’s convenient to take since it’s a capsule. I used to use a different one that was a liquid, but this is more convenient. I notice the difference when I take it. Other family members have started taking it as well.

Seeking Health’s product line—and its sister company, Strategene—changed my life for the better as I dealt with mold illness and benzodiazepine withdrawal. So many good things to say about the lineup, the science, and the founder. That said, this product doesn’t have enough actual PC in it for my PEMT challenges. It was hard not to feel a bit disappointed as I switched back to Designs for Health’s (fantastic) phosphotydilcholine, but the reality is I’m not the only one who needs a choline supplement. This one probably works beautifully for many. So, of my experience with SH supplements this one wasn’t a winner for me, but if you don’t need high levels of pure PC, it’s likely a winner.

This product has been a game changer for me. After struggling for a year after a toxic mold exposure, I can finally eat again. I have both the liquid and the capsule forms and both have been super effective, although I take more of the capsules than the label says to equal the same amount as the liquid. I like that the source is from sunflower, rather than soy, as many other PC products are.
