My orthopedist advised me to get a recumbent exercise bike to help strengthen the muscles around my knees. I have bad knees and was experiencing pain in my calf and thigh muscles. With exercise, this pain has reduced. All of the features I wanted in a recumbent bike were included in this Snode R690: an easily adjustable cushioned seat with a mesh back, a heart rate monitor, timer, and a tray for my tablet to name a few. The seat could use a bit more cushion, so I will find a cushioned seat cover. There was a small squeak from the seat after a few weeks but some WD40 fixed that. Thank you Snode for developing such a great recumbent exercise bike!

I purchased this item in December 2019. I have been traveling a lot, so I did not have time to test the equipment for a long period of time so far.I purchased the installation package through Amazon, so I cannot rate the "Easy to assemble" aspect.I can state though that for the very limited period of time of trying the equipment, the equipment does not make noise, moves smoothly and is quite good quality for the price. One of the small cosmetic caps was delivered cracked. The customer support was quite responsive so far.

The directions are poor and the bike came a week later than promised.

I bought this recumbent bike after comparing a few of like this items. It is what I had wanted and what had been looking for for a few months. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to pay for good quality. It also comes with 2 year warranty. You can also ride it backwards this is important for people that need rehab.

I ride everyday for at least an hour. The bike is so smooth and quiet and that is wonderful because I don't want to disturb family members. I would recommend this bike to help reach your health and fitness goals at any level (beginner to experienced)
