Worked without a glitch in South Asia with plans for under $5. Can either use this SIM card, or take the eSIM version if your phone supports that. I have the card so I can exchange it easily with other SIM cards when needed (e.g. I use a voice+data SIM for the UK) and have my US line on the eSIM (dual SIM phone). With VOIP, probably will not need voice plan in the future either.ADDENDUM, Feb 2020: 2 trips to South Asia know. Worked both times without any issues. Good signal through the Jim local network. WhatsApp and FaceTime calling supported, so no need for voice plan as everyone is on WhatsApp over there. Used as a hotspot to power tablet and laptop too when needed. Overall works as an excellent supplement to WiFi, e.g. when traveling by road within the country, without needing to go and find a local SIM card along with language and other paperwork barriers. Less than $5 for 1GB of data, active immediately on landing. This is the way to go for travelers who spend short (days to 2 weeks) in foreign countries several times per year. I’ve bought data for next trip to South Africa for $3.50 already. Great service, great value.

This worked perfectly and as described. I used it without a hitch in Ireland and Denmark, on two separate trips. It worked immediately upon landing. Just follow the setup instructions and there should be no issues! Easier than needing to stop for a local SIM wherever you're traveling to.

Complete ripoff. Service didn't work. Tech support couldn't figure it out then said I purchased a plan that couldn't make calls. Excuses for stealing my money.
