The instructions are in Chinese or Japanese, so all I had was a brief diagram of the parts. It took me a few minutes to get the bottom off so I could install the AAA battery that I had to supply, The battery says it is good until 2027. The base of the shaft looks out of round, like it was bent out of shape. It was very hard to pull the base out and to reinstall the base after insetting the battery. They have made this product way too complicated for a very simple product. The razor is dead as a door nail. I have placed a return on this product. This makes the SECOND razor of a different style for facial hair that I have ordered from Amazon and neither was satisfactory. The first one wouldn't cut fine facial hair. I don't have a course beard, so I returned it. I have had similar razors over the years like this razor that only cost $6.00 and worked for a couple of years.

I normally do nor leave reviews but felt this needs to be posted to help others: Did not work right out of the box, cheaply made and frankly I now question the positive reviews within similar date groupings. Maybe mine was defective but that still does not reflect well given this items reviews are all within the last 2 months. Save you time and frustration and search elsewhere.

Love the slim shape, the attachments and the battery power. Does a great job of taming unruly female eyebrows!Don't know who wrote the other bad reviews, but I suspect they were trying to make this hair remover do more than what it was designed to do. Keep it clean, don't try and shave your whole body with it. Perfect for facial and digit hair.

The operation is simple and safe, with low sound, quick and clean shaving, no more worry about shaving the skin, and the appearance is also very beautiful. Previously, I used manual eyebrow shaping knife, which was not easy to use. Later, when I saw this electric eyebrow shaping knife on the Internet, I started to use it and found it very good, with good clipping and no eyebrow pulling. The blade is sharp, but it doesn't scratch when applied to the skin!

This is good, but I liked my pink Remington better. This one just doesn’t cut as easily. I have to go over a spot more than once sometimes. Otherwise, it comes with everything you might need, looks very nice.

The product is light weight and easy to use. It is battery operated. It however is very hard to get close to your brows underneath and trim those good.It worked great on the top of my brow and side of my face.

I love this little portable device! Eyebrows, small areas, legs... you name it. Stays charged for forever and most importantly is painless. I mostly use it on the fly for the brows but have definitely used it in my swim bag when I forgot a razor. Doesn’t leave bumps or irritate my sensitive skin.

This trimmer is a joke. Doesn’t work at all, and clearly just a cheap joke made in China. Accompanying papers/instructions all in Chinese. Which I’m ok with if it actually worked. Don’t bother buying. I chucked it in the trash!
