We're using it to assist a dementia patient with hygiene. It cleans surprisingly well. On cold days I sit the spray bottle in some warm water for a few minutes to bring the cleanser closer to body temperature. We'll be buying it again.

I use this to clean up after toileting or when changing underwear. The cleaner works well and smells nice. I pretty much use this around the clock to stay fresh and clean between sponge baths because I am bed/wheelchair bound. If I scrub and squeeze the baby wipes together in my hands I can work up a lather before I begin to clean. I keep a 2nd spray bottle of water handy. Rinsing after cleansing is not necessary but it is useful if I want to re-wet the area I'm cleaning without adding more cleanser or if I want to rinse before drying. Most of the time I do not rinse because the cleanser has ingredients that are good to leave on because its good for your skin.

The Product is good and it works very well . The fragrance is soft and smells great.
