Those who follow me here knows well that I take good amount of time reviewing any supplements , so writing this review after using it for 3 whole weeks. I was looking for something natural with a decent dosage that both myself and my wife can consume, and this fit the bill. I have tried one more supplement from N2( testosterone if am right) and was happy , so decided to order this one as well. The main reason to get this is my wife has few shingles in her head that cause loss of hair follicles. After good usage, we can definitely say we are seeing them getting regenerated , full marks regarding hair. Our nails are usually in good condition, so am not sure if this makes a difference. But can say skin looks bright, not sure if it can be attributed to this , but will keep my opinion reserved.

I've been taking these capsules for about 10 days so it's a bit too early to give a full review. However, I have seen an improvement to my nails which were splitting and a breaking. They have grown to a reasonable length and already feel stronger. If I continue to notice similar benefits to my skin and hair in the longer term I shall be happy to reorder. The added appeal is that the dosage is only one capsule to be taken at night (thank you Alexa for reminding me) and it is easy to swallow.

I've wanted to try a supplement like these for a long time. They're usually too expensive. I have weak nails and hair that's thinning with age. These are a very reasonably priced supplement. They contain all the essential vitamins and minerals needed to encourage healthy growth of hair and nails as well as helping skin appearance and condition. The pack contains a 3 month supply. I look forward to reviewing these again when I've been taking them longer.

This product loses stars because it is not user-friendly.First Impressions:First, the instructions on the box are too small and insufficient for the average person to read without a magnifier. When I opened the box and discovered the black vials, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to drink the contents or put them in my hair. Leaving your customer in the dark about using a product is not a good start.An Arthurian challenge:Second, they offered no help on how to open the vials. The package included a hollow black tube. What the heck was that for? I put it over the vial and turned it, but nothing happened. Next, I tried to open the vial without it. No good. I wasn’t alone in being incompetent. Every visitor to my house tried and couldn’t open the vial. It became a challenge like the men trying to pull Excalibur from the rock, hoping to be the next king of England. Okay, so there was no big prize awaiting the successful person, but it was a challenge all the same. But with no Arthur to solve my problem, I had to solve it myself.A eureka moment:A week passed, and I was about to give up ever trying the product when I thought I'd have one more go. After five minutes, I still had no joy trying with and without the tube. Then, on impulse, I pulled the tube towards me and the top of the vial snapped. Such a eureka moment!It was so easy, but if you don’t know you are supposed to do that, then it isn’t. I suggest the seller puts a video on the site showing how to open the vials if they don’t want to infuriate their customers.The product:Now finally to the product after all that venting. It is a tropical-flavoured hair serum that isn’t unpleasant to take. You consume the contents of one vial daily to promote hair growth and strength. The serum’s 17 ingredients strengthen follicles; therefore, it sounds good in theory. Because of my vial-opening ineptitude, I’ve only been using it for a week and have noticed no changes to my hair texture. Conclusion:Like many other products, you must be doggedly persistent in taking tablets, gummies, or liquid long-term to see positive benefits. I will do that and hope to be rewarded. The serum is pleasant, so it won’t be a hardship.

I just received the product and the expiration date in January 2025, considering that there are 90 capsules inside, am I supposed to take them after the expiration date? Not a great start 😣

I'm a big fan of natural supplements, minerals, vitamins etc. Since added this one to the one I take I do see a difference. My nails and hair grow faster and my skin can survive a day without cream and still looks good.The capsules are normal sized, tasteless and easy to swallow. Very happy:)

Great supplement which I have been taking for almost a month now. I was mostly interested in it due to vitamin B12 as it always helps my nails and skin to look better. It’s also good to take such supplements in summer when your skin and hair are getting a lot of sun exposure. Capsules are naturally made and do not have any nasty additives too.

Having only been taking them a few days I was struck with a stomach bug (not related to taking these) and have been unable to take them for the last 5 days as it seemed pointless as I’m unable to keep things in (if you know what I mean). So I can’t really give a very good or accurate review of these. They are as easy to take as any other capsules and have noticed no aftertaste. Can’t really comment on much else.
